Usability testing

Usability testing is a process of testing a product or service to assess its usability, or how user-friendly it is. It is a crucial part of the product or service development process, as it helps to identify any potential problems that need to be addressed. Usability testing can be used to evaluate the usability of both existing products and services and those that are still in the development phase. By testing the product or service with users, it is possible to gain valuable insights and feedback on how to improve the user experience. This can help to ensure that the product or service is as intuitive and enjoyable to use as possible, making the user experience a positive one.
