Working with the BMW marketing team, we define a plan to improve the UX, Interaction Design, and Visual Design of several BMW products. Research, customer interviews, Design Thinking, and benchmarking were used to create buyer personas, define goals, and plan. Before building, user tests were used to validate hypotheses and then everything was put together. Look at the results inside.
How to build Konstellation’s AI design system from scratch. The challenge was to create an intuitive interface for a complex product family that achieved the highest level of design according to Maslow’s hierarchy. The document outlines the process of understanding the product, conducting research, wireframing, and developing a scalable hybrid design system. The team also worked on information design, including creating dendrograms, tree charts, and real-time area charts. Finally, the team conducted qualitative MUT sessions and quantitative tests to measure the success of the design system.
For several years, I have been a contractor for BBVA leading a small team to designing digital products, software-as-a-service (SaaS), websites, and apps. My goal was to act as a bridge between the business vision and the development result, ensuring a good and usable product for the end users. I followed a methodology of objectives, research studies, product definition, prototyping, visual design, asset preparation, testing, launching, and analyzing and tracking results. I used Design Thinking workshops to align visions and worked with engineering teams to find out project limitations and design and develop the best way.
I worked closely with Denexus CEO to create the beliefs, goals, and purpose of a startup, including a brand name, identity, product division, and launch date.
Through a three-phase process of understanding, thinking, and solving, we developed a new name and brand that matched the values established during the process. This was validated through design hypothesis and user testing.
Bolster contacted me to help improve their identity, create a brand strategy, and design a illustration and icon Design System framework. After researching the product, planning, and getting it done, created a logo, and style guide to stand out as a friendly and distinctive hand-drawn brand. We also produced a video to advertise the Bolster App and deployed the brand across various platforms.
The project aimed to create an app for Dolby to showcase their new Dolby Atmos technology. The project was completed in a month, divided into four weeks with tasks such as information architecture, prototyping, UI design, and user testing. Material Design libraries were utilized for front-end development, prioritizing speed. The tablet version was created first, followed by mobile and desktop versions. A quick A/B test and RUT determined the most usable design option.
To achieve the digital evolution of Visionlab.es, a team of senior freelancers was created to create innovative digital shopping experiences. Design Thinking workshops for Information Architecture, Virtual Glasses Tester, Kumer Lenses Configurator, SalesForce CRM implementation, 8 videos, visual design, Kumer brand redesign and Reading. Although the project was canceled due to the pandemic; it was a challenge where we enjoyed a lot.
This case study outlines the process of creating a video. The process starts by identifying the tone and intention, creating a concept board, getting client approval, and then moving on to storyboard, record the voiceover, animate, and finally exporting the video in multiple formats.
Academia TV needed a brand redesign in less than a month. After researching the brand, the goal was to bring it up to the level of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences. A new value proposition was created, with a focus on transparency, participation, transversality, and openness. The new logo and digital corporate identity manual to ensure the new brand can be displayed on any medium, whether printed or audiovisual.
